Lodice is jailed for life if she is found guilty of aggravated assault by weighting, but in a negotiated plea agreement.

The woman will spend two decades behind bars for the offense as well as for possession of child pornography.

Judge Raymond Steib, of the 24th Judicial District Court, also sentenced Lodice to 10 years for her behavior inducing male lust.

The judge told him he would not be released earlier on probation or parole, and he was also ordered to register as a sex offender.

At the time, his lawyer said he would plead not guilty by reason of insanity and would undergo a psychiatric and psychological evaluation
