Desktop users will find the app in the Microsoft store. Once downloaded, if you want to access the secondary device, just send your on-screen ID to someone else.

Furthermore, the app must be open on both devices for it to work. Otherwise, you will get a message saying “connection failed”. The secondary device will get a request that says, “Would you like to allow XXXXX to remotely support your Android device.” This app will also need permission to “show on top of other apps”.
