Launching from the Washington Times via figure id, China is currently developing a series of mind control weapons that fall under 'biotechnology.'
Even what is being developed by Chinese military researchers is called one of the key weapons.
This relates to the assumption that China is conducting research on brain control weapons.
Because of this, the United States (US) has again highlighted what China is currently doing.Even last week, the US Department of Commerce blacklisted 12 Chinese institutions and firms for being involved in the development of this dangerous technology.
There are several institutions blocked by the US, one of which is Beijing's Academy of Military Medical Sciences.
Meanwhile, the government did not disclose any details regarding the weapons referred to as brain control weapons.
But a 2019 military document seen by the Washington Times reveals astonishing details.
Contrary to traditional weapons that attack the enemy's body causing physical damage.
It turns out that China's mind control weapons can be used to "paralyze and control the enemy".
It exploits what is meant by "striking the will against the enemy."
Once blacklisted, US companies cannot ship goods to Chinese institutions without a license.
The US government recently sounded the alarm, saying China is trying to get US technology to control key sectors such as biotechnology.
A source recently interviewed by the Financial Times said that the Chinese Communist Party is working to develop technology in the area of "changing human genes, human behavioral abilities and brain machines."
The biggest threat from these weapons is the Chinese themselves, especially the Muslims they hold in concentration camps such as the Nazis in China's Uighur region and other detention centers in the country. In the past thirty years, China's military capabilities have increased so amazingly, many fear that the People's Liberation Army could reach the same level as the US military in the years to come.

Australia-Japan Sign Defense and Security Agreement to Confront China

Australia and Japan will sign a defense and security agreement in a virtual meeting.
Launching ABC News via kompas.com, Thursday (6/1/2022), the agreement is the latest step to strengthen ties amid China's growing military and economic influence in the Indo-Pacific region.
Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said he and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida would sign the agreement, known as the Reciprocal Access Agreement (RAA).
The RAA will be the first-ever agreement setting out the framework for Australian and Japanese forces to cooperate with one another.

"(RAA) will usher in a new chapter in continued defense cooperation between Australia and Japan to face a new and even more challenging environment, particularly in the Indo-Pacific," Morrison told a news conference.
Morrison added that the RAA would be Japan's only mutual power treaty status.

"And that's something very significant about the level of trust and partnership defending the security of the Indo-Pacific, and the democratic values we uphold, and the partnerships we have with so many countries in the region, particularly across ASEAN," Morrison added .
.
Previously, Morrison and former Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga had announced "principles" regarding the RAA in 2020.
The new defense and security relationship between Australia and Japan will strengthen the Quad group.Quad is a group consisting of four countries namely the US, Japan, India and Australia.
The RAA will also expand the Quad's efforts to address shared concerns about China, including its pressure on Taiwan, trade disputes and freedom of navigation in the region.
On the other hand, China responded to the agreement by saying that bilateral agreements should promote regional trust, peace and stability.

"It must not target or harm the interests of any party," Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Wang Wenbin said when asked about the RAA at a daily press briefing on Wednesday.

"The Pacific Ocean is large enough for the joint development of countries in the region. Along the same lines, peace and stability in the Pacific depend on the joint efforts of countries in the region," Wang said.

"We hope the Pacific will be a sea of peace, not a place to make waves," Wang quipped.
Australia and Japan also plan to discuss opportunities to strengthen government-business partnerships in the areas of clean energy, technology and critical materials.

"Our collaboration also includes an expanded agenda for the Quad with India and the US, and our shared technology-based approach to reducing carbon emissions," Morrison previously said.
Japanese Government Spokesperson Hirokazu Matsuno said the common challenges would be discussed clearly at a high-level meeting that will take place on Thursday.
